PepsiCo: At both Pizza Hut and Taco Bell, for ten years oversaw the annual Human Resource Planning process that resulted in a day-long presentation to the CEO of PepsiCo. This remains one of the most effective programs of its kind, with a major focus on linking business issues and HR solutions.
The Gallup Organization: As VP & Managing Consultant reporting to the President, sold and serviced companies that wanted to measure both employee and customer satisfaction, and conducted the “Linkage” research to show the correlation.
HRPS: As the voluntary Executive Editor for the quarterly journal of this HR professional society, changed the name of the journal to People & Strategy, leading the society to re-brand itself as HR People & Strategy.
The Best Practice Institute: Assisted the Founder in the naming and marketing of new organizational capabilities.
