A Note from Richard: I am having a lot of fun getting my consulting practice started back up. It fits my Mission to help individuals and organizations maximize their Talent and at this point in my life and career, it gives me a lot of flexibility. I have a PhD in Industrial & Organizational Psychology and 35 years experience helping very well-known organizations get HR to another level. My consulting practice addresses a broad range of HR areas and I formed Alliance Partnerships with four excellent consulting firms where I know the Founder and have confidence in their products and services. I am interested in connecting with people in organizations who are trying to make great things happen. This is a time to THRIVE, not just SURVIVE.
